The sheltered waters around the resort provide ideal conditions for beginners as well as those with some experience. You can paddle directly from Ringstad and explore at your own pace — whether you prefer a relaxed glide along the shoreline or a longer adventure between small islands.
All necessary equipment is included, and our team will provide basic instruction and safety information before you head out. SUP rental is available throughout the year — from bright summer evenings under the midnight sun to calm and peaceful winter days.

- Season: All year round
- Minimum age: 8 years (10 June – 15 September)
- Minimum weight: 25 kg (summer season)
- Minimum height: 155 cm (all other dates)
- Latest return time: 22:00 or before sunset (whichever comes first)
- Included: Board, paddle, leash and safety equipment
- Booking: Guests not booking through a tour operator must contact the hotel directly to arrange rental
